Refund policy


STORE RETURNS:

We do not accept returns or make refunds for any products at this time.  If there was a mistake with your order, such as the wrong items being sent, please email us at bloodrootherbshop.mi@gmail.com immediately and we will correct it. Other non-refundable items include gift cards and class recordings.

Lost, stolen, or damaged items:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We ship via USPS and provide a tracking number with each shipment. Please contact USPS if you have any lost or stolen items.

 

CONSULTATIONS:

For consultations we have a 50 dollar non refundable deposit in case of a cancellation. 

 

CLASSES:

We do not accept refunds on classes at this time, unless Bloodroot Herb Shop has to cancel the class.
