Herbal Consultations

Personalized Herbal Support, Rooted in Whole-Person Care

Herbal consultations offer a personalized, educational approach to supporting your health and well-being. Together, we’ll look at your health history, current concerns, medications, lifestyle, and goals to identify areas where herbs, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes may offer additional support.

Each consultation is approached with compassion and curiosity in an affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive space.

What to Expect

Your initial consultation is approximately 60 minutes and gives us time to look at the bigger picture—not just one symptom or concern.

During Your Consultation, We’ll:Review your health history and intake formTalk through your current concerns and prioritiesReview medications and potential herb-drug interactionsDiscuss lifestyle, nutrition, and other factors that may be affecting your well-beingExplore herbal preparations, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations that may support your goalsCreate a personalized plan for moving forwardHerbal care is highly individual. What works well for one person may not be the best fit for another, which is why recommendations are created specifically for you.

A Collaborative
Approach to Herbal
Care

Herbalism isn’t about finding a magic pill or a one-size-fits-all solution. Plants often work best as part of a broader approach to supporting the body's natural processes over time.

My practice blends clinical herbal education with a Western bioregional and energetic approach. I also bring training in anatomy and physiology, reproductive and postpartum support, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and herb-drug interactions.

My goal is to give you practical education, thoughtful recommendations, and the tools to better understand and support your own health.
