Herbal Actions: Foundational Herbalism

Every herbalist's journey starts with understanding how plants work in the body. In this foundational class we'll explore key herbal actions (nervines, adaptogens, bitters, astringents, demulcents, diaphoretics and more), what they mean, and how herbalists use them to choose the right plant for the right person. It's a great starting point for beginners and a helpful refresher for anyone who already works with herbs.
