An Afternoon with the Ancestors:

A celebration of Día de los Muertos and what it means to become an ancestor during these turbulent times.

The liminal days are upon us and I invite you all to join me to connect with and to honor your ancestors by way of my practice of Curanderismo (Mexican traditional medicine).

You will learn how to create an altar to prepare for and honor your ancestors, for your journey of going within during this fall and winter season, and the darkness and transformation that comes with it as we explore what kind of ancestors we want to be during these times and beyond.

The class will open with a copal ceremony and I will provide the materials needed. So bring your magical selves and a notebook and pen so we can prepare to enter the portal of fall and winter together by celebrating this liminal time, our ancestors, and Dia de los Muertos with tenderness, curiosity, and humor.
