Medic Training: Free Wound And Trauma Training | Feb 28th

James was trained in the army at the John F. Kennedy special warfare and combat school. James went on and did many tours in the Middle East as a Senior Medic during combat. 

as a disabled veteran James now teaches civilians M.A.R.C.H. James as a veteran has gone to Ukraine a few times to teach folks how to treat gun shot wounds and how to use tourniquets. 

In this free skill share we will learn how to prioritize life-saving care and understand the order of treatment in a trauma situation to treat yourself or others.

● Massive Hemorrhage—identify and manage life threatening bleeding

● Airway—clear and open airway

● Respiration—identify and treat chest wound

● Circulation—manage shock

● Hypothermia—conserve heat

He will also provide information on creating a makeshift tourniquet with available resources. One doesn’t need the fancy gear if they have the knowledge.
