Join us! Saturday December 7th from 3-5pm for this fun and exploratory class.
Together as a group we will choose from over 50 different herbs to curate a custom tea blend. We will then go over each ingredient and there medicinal qualities, as well as discussing if its a base note, aroma, flavor, top note, and how to make an effective medicinal blend that tastes yummy! All of this is an art and skill to understand ratios, medicinal properties and effectiveness of plants in water extraction.
We will do some blind tea sampling as a group and write down the flavors we like and how it makes us feel as a way to build connection and joy to plants.
We will then get sample our tea before taking it home! All supplies provided and you will walk away with 2 ounces of tea for you to enjoy.
