Herbalist Tip: Pour contents into a cotton muslin bag and place it in a half gallon jar with just boiled water. Let the mixture steep a minimum of 1 hour (the longer the better), then pour the brew along with the bag into a drawn bath. Great for full baths and foot soaks!
