Rock Bottom is Sacred Ground September 13th 2026

Why suffer, grieve and live in fear alone, when we can be together? Maybe even find ways to laugh and share joy. The earth, our hearts, our souls and our ancestors are calling us back to ourselves and to each other.

In this class, we will be exploring how the rock bottom we have hit collectively and individually is sacred ground for miracles and cultivating a world built with empathy, mindfulness, kindness, equity and joy. Join me and others in discovering how to meet these times of darkness with tools from Mexican-American Curanderismo traditions.

You will be welcomed fully as you are. This is the space for grief, fear, sadness and connection. Come with what you carry and be open to creating more spaciousness, connectedness and rootedness. Bring a notebook, writing utensil, yoga mat and/or blanket and water. We will be doing light somatic work and traditional Mexican limpia(emotional balancing smudge with fresh herbs.)

When: SundaySeptember 13, 2026

Where: Bloodroot Herb Shop 208 w michigan ave ypsilanti mi

Time: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
